The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level. Research is organized in the following main areas, Malaria and other Infectious Diseases, Maternal, Child and reproductive Health, Urban Health and Child and environmental health, Climate & Non-Communicable Diseases. What We Are Looking for
ISGlobal is seeking a Data Manager who is interested in day to day management, validation, harmonisation and exploitation of the cohort data in END-VOC. The overall project goal is to support the European and global response to the COVID-19 pandemic and VOCs by developing and pooling well characterised COVID-19 cohorts with sufficient genomic information worldwide and linking these with existing European and international initiatives.
The Data Manager will be responsible for setting-up and maintaining databases for cohort studies included in the END-VOC project, validating the data collected, and conducting statistical analyses under the supervision of the PIs.

Contract: Part time During the crisis caused by COVID19, standard working conditions will be adapted to sanitary requirements.
Salary range: Between 19.000 - 30.000 aprox
